状态dp。位运算优先级应该是比较低吧（注意加括号）

if((stack[j] & stack[t]) !=0)  continue;
写成了if(stack[j] & stack[t] !=0)  continue;
wa了好几次。。。
&优先级还不及！=

另外注意处理只有一行的情况就差不多ac了
