Hi, could you provide further details of your Dp formula?
I can't guess the meanings.
I'm not sure what does f(n,h) mean, especailly h.
why need to add '-' in front of C*h when it is 'low' ?  
And what's the difference between low(n-1,h) and high(n-1,h)?
