我也感觉有些模糊，我觉得是 
求出所有合法的起点数，能够满足下面LURD的走法，
都不会撞墙或者越界。

a b R
是表示可以向右 a,a+1...b-1,b都不会撞墙。
不过我不知道会不会a>b
