有2个地方需要注意一下，Presentation Error的过来看

1.Each encoded message in the output file has the lenght n.
这句话其实在这里没有起作用。因为输出样例：
BolHeol  b
C RCE
在最后一个字符后并没有用空格来补齐剩余若干个位置。

2.After each block there is one empty line. 
每2个测试块之间要有一个空行。

除此之外就没什么特别的了，AC了。
