结合大家的提示，终于看懂这个题了

“Fred has learned that the land that is being lost forms a semicircle”给这话误导了，我的理解是“正在丢失”（也就是还没丢失）的陆地“一直”都是半圆。其实这题不是这个意思，准确点表达应该是说正在丢失的陆地是个半“圆环”，第一年的时候内环半径为0，随着地被侵蚀，内环半径不断增加。

sigh～研究了50分钟阿就为了搞懂这个题～～～

看懂了，一次就ac了
