自己看得有点疑问，就发上来问一下

这个是07regionals的规则，其中：
   
 Period of Eligibility

 A student who meets the Basic Requirements and  FIRST began post-secondary studies in 2003 or later is eligible to compete.
 *..  
 A student who meets the Basic Requirements and was born in 1984 or later is eligible to compete.
 
这两者是AND的关系还是OR的关系？
看描述的话好像是任意满足一条就可以参加了的，那年龄小一点的大学入学5年后不是还可以参加？
求解释……
