题目H： 
A B两火车站间有唯一线路L，有N个火车从A站到B站。 
条件一：两个火车不能同时通过一个车站 
条件二：两火车离站要有时间间隔T 
火车速度各不相同，给你以上各个变量，和每个火车的速度 
求最短的通过时间。
