		b=(st[3]-'0')*10+(st[4]-'0');
		c=(st[6]-'0')*10+(st[7]-'0');
		lat0=a+b/60.0+c/3600.0;
		if (st[10]=='S')
改成这样就过了
		scanf("%d^%d'%d\" %s",&a,&b,&c,st);
