B题，你说猫有地图，知道老鼠的走法，那么有可能老鼠现在有两条最优路可选，这两条路有公共部分，这样在猫看来，它是有办法抓住老鼠的。
最后又从老鼠的角度定义了hard to say，这就比较confusion了
还好过的人多，才可以肯定是“只要老鼠有两条或以上最优路可走，就hard to say”
