肯定不是了，比如6 5 4 1 1
至少下面一种方案比贪心算法快：
1，1  ---》
      《--  1
6，5  ---》
      《--  1
1，4  ---》
      《--  1
1，1  ---》

1+1+6+1+4+1+1
