如果扔下去大于等于D就要先换RECIEVER的话（说的是WILL）：排列顺序按照1 2 1 2，B就可以得到4
如果扔下去大于等于D就扔了以后再换RECIV的话（如果非这么理解）：排列顺序按照1 1 1 1，B也可以得到4

3是怎么来的呢？？？
