这个时间不是最快的吧！？

我手工算了一下，发现最快时间是73.0分（也可能还可以快）

格式：Weight Volocity Time

第一组：
12 50 6
9 70 4.29
27 50 6
19 70 4.29
用时：6分

第二组：
49 30 10
用时：10分

第三组：
38 25 12
40 25 12
用时：12分

第四组：
50 20 15
50 20 15
用时：15分

第五组：
70 10 30
用时：30分

总用时：6+10+12+15+30=73分！
