1.注意 2003-2003这种效力经历， 是SubRecord = EndYear - BeginYear + 1
如果按照SubRecord = EndYear - BeginYear的话要出问题的：
例如:
10 Rooney   S 2000-2003 2004-2004 2005-2005 2006-2006
7 C.Ronaldo M 2000-2003
这样就会出现C罗当队长的错误...
 
2.效力一样长时间的人，背号小的当队长...sample和叙述好像有些不符
