设左岸的cars用l-meter-long ferry 分为left_times段，右岸的cars用l-meter-long ferry 分为right_times段.ferry要走的次数是times;
times = (left_times*2-1>right_times*2) ? left_times*2-1 : right_times*2
但是......... 
Memory:40K  Time:62MS  Language:GCC  Result:Wrong Answer
很是郁闷........
