发现一个奇怪的输入问题用cin输入就老是wrong anwer
cin>>vs>>r>>c>>n;
后来改用scanf就AC了
scanf("%lf%lf%lf%d",&vs,&r,&c,&n);
郁闷，可能在一个输入流里的类型必须一致，前面的vs r c都是浮点 而n是整形，可能就导致出错了
