in the description, it says "A user should be able to [send] a line to the chat room unless "
and then,  "in last 10 lines [sent]". So I assumed those 10 lines are the one that have been 'sent' to the chat room; in short, I save last 10 lines that the user was able to send to the chat room. After all, it turned out that you have to just keep the last 10 lines whether they were sent (not spams, etc.) or not. This is so confusing... only to me? =p
Anyways, it's been a long time to get AC on this prob.... XD
