公式就是 f[i][j]=  (f[i-1][1]+f[i-2][2]+....+f[i-k][k]) ,
                   其中1<=k<=min(i,j);
出世条件    f[1][i]=f[i][1]=1;
            f[0][i]=1;     1<=i<=10
