原来是求C的公式搞错了……对精度有问题的进来看

看了这么多帖子好多都是对精度有问题，我一直在精度上改……最后才发现是公式错了，太久没做平面几何的题
好多人说精度上要么TLE要么WA，试试1e-4吧，0ms
