被郁闷了非常久，其实很简单，写一些提示给后来者

最最重要的一点：千万不要使用double，一切用int就可以搞定。开始的时候没注意推公式，全用double做的，一会TLE一会WA.....郁闷死了

至于用不用hash，不会影响是否超时，hash比binary search快一些。STL set的binary search比我写的binary search快很多 : (
