(1)exactly one coin is false and differs in weight from other coins 
(2)天平是没有问题的吧，天平量出的结果也是正确的吧
那就不会出现 1>2 2<3 这样的数据了
也就是说一个case里面不可能同时有‘<’和‘>’了，是这样的么？
