I received two complaints from your first round internet contest.

Can you look into the problems and take corrective measures?

One way is to have your selection criteria to include more teams

from each university for On-Site-Asia-Regional. Another way is to

include those teams for  On-Site-contest who did encounter system problems.

You may be able to find some more answers.

The most imporatant of all is fairness of the contest for all teams.
