出题者看来是故意把1(One)与l(el,small L)写在一起,让人看不懂。x 从 L to L+k-1，即从0 to 9,正好10个数。
 x=0, p(x)=x^3+2x+1=1, 1^2=1
 x=1, p(1)=1+2+1=4, 4^2=16
 x=2, p(2)=8+4+1=13, 1^2+3^2=10
 x=3, p(3)=27+6+1=34, 3^2+4^2=25
 ...
 x=9, p(9)=9^3+2*9+1=748, 4^2+8^2=80 (because m=2)
