我也想说明一 点~~
题目是sum ->const time->max
我们是否可以是time->const sum->min 去证明么？？
我门假设time 是一定的，也就是当面积一定是，，求周长的min。。
一般来说~~我门可以证明是圆~~~，但是圆是一个无限分割的正多边形~~
其实当边长之差为1的时候，是最接近圆的（因为差不是0）我们也只要是证明
余下的数加到那里就好了，，我的证明如下~~
if a+b=c+d a>b,,c>d,,a>c when a->a+1,the small change time=a*b*k,when c->c+1,,
the small change time=c*d*k,,k is const
but when a+b=c+d,and a>c,,a*b<c*d ;because :if f*g=sum ;
f*g=((f+g)*(f+g)-(f-g)*(f-g))/4,the more f-g ,the small f*g;
so when a->a+1 the change time will bigger~~
