问题：给出一个整数N ，0<=N<=10000,N既不是2的倍数又不是5的倍数.

求一整数S，S既是N的倍数，且S的每一位都是1，输出S的位数。

有用的数论：
(a+b)mod c=(a mod c + b mod c)mod c 
(a*b)mod c=(a mod c * b mod c)mod c
