太多坑年份有0001这种，所以前导0可能不止一个 两位数的年份要加1900 时区输入有两种，一种是几个大写字母，样例题目里都有。一种是符号和四位数字。反正最后得转换成与+0300时区的offset 对于-2350这种时区输入，日期可能不止加1 输出行末不能有空格 Followed by: Post your reply here: |
