Re:memset中间的值是short型的，无符号超过65535，有符号超过[-32766,32767]都会有问题，用C++的fill函数吧，也能充分利用cache

哪里是short呀，其实是unsigned char，参见http://www.cplusplus.com/reference/cstring/memset/
