求解11929 - Ambiguous Forests

昨天自己蛋疼了一个matroid intersection algorithm,  结果正向做 有一组数据最大值 少1 (expected 33,received 32),反向做 最大值都正确了，不知道 是我的算法有
问题还是 代码有bug.

ps:字典序最小很蛋疼，不知道正解是如何做的。。。。
