对，求出的小数只是一次试验的概率，还需比较成功次数为P和P+1的概率。

> A=C(1000,P)*p^P*(1-p)^(1000-P)
> B=C(1000,P+1)*p^(P+1)*(1-p)^(1000-(P+1))
> 除一下就行了
