算方程A*x^2+B*y^2+C*x*y+D*x+E*y+F==0中，A,B,C,D,E,F比例关系的时候  把F的值尽量设大点来提高精度。
总之用高斯消元搞这道题 精度要求很高，貌似也有直接套坐标公式的做法，那个公式没推出来
