用二进制法从小到大枚举的话不存在WA的问题，OJ是否用special judge就不知了
直接枚举可以过case不多，每个case最坏情况下2^16=65536次可以接受，用位运算判断当前枚举的状态是否可行比较便捷
另外题目貌似有错：
"A pizza constraint is a list of 1 to 12 topping constraint lists each on a line by itself followed by a period on a line by itself. "
case中最多有16个人吧好像
