本来就直觉二分答案，看着前期的discuss发现大家都二分角度……有的WA有的TLE……
其实根据三条等式：(lx是所求，r是半径，a是弧所对应圆心角)
r^2+r^2-2*r*r*cos(a)=l^2(余弦定理)
r^2=(r-lx)^2+(l/2)^2(勾股定理)
r*a=n*c*l+l
