这个网址讲得比较好，但其中没有讲结果大于〇或小于〇的方向问题，后来经研究发现，设点A，与线段BC
AB x AC>0 AC在AB的逆时针方向
AB x AC<0 AC在AB的顺时针方向
这样我们搭配上二分，水题就迎刃而解了！
