每个队伍保证1个题目
PA = (1 - (1-0.9)*(1-0.9)) * (1-(1-1)(1-0.9))

至少一个冠军队伍 N个题目(2)

PB = 1- (1-(0.9 * 0.9)) * (1-(1*0.9)) 

PA = 0.99 PB = 0.981
R = PA * PB = 0.97119
