可不可以把整个平面划分一下

整个平面划分为五个区域
1. x>0 && y>=0
2. x<=0 && y>0 
3. x<0 && y<=0
4. x>=0 && y<0 
5. x==0 && y==0
当输入的三个点满足在圆内时，如果有三个点分别落在前四个区域中的任意的三个，是不是就能够满足题目的要求
如果有理解不当的地方还请高手指点
