我错3次，改了2小时的经验！！！！！！终于AC了！！！！！

1.注意负数，比如输入-64，输出3；
2.注意pow（-2，31）是在int范围里的，输入-2147483648，输出31；
3.if(j-(int)j<1e-12||(int)j+1-j<1e-12) 一定要考虑两边；
还有数据几乎用的int型，只有（double）1.0/i;
说实话这一题蛮没意思的，搞我2个小时！！！
