交了好几次，TLE了好几次 说说这个题的一点小 tips

方法就不用说了，前面的已经说的很多了。
二进制值最后放在一个数组里，不要每次都用移位运算。
开始用c++交一直TLE，用G++交神奇的300+MS。
用优先队列，大顶堆,G++延长到400+MS,可是用c++提交却能神奇的以500+MS AC掉
