贡献了多次WA，仔细看题，题目里面提到Your task is to determine an ordering of the cows that minimizes the greatest risk of collapse for any of the cows.

注意any,所以应该是无论cow放了哪个位置，最优排列都能使得它得到最小风险，
对于最后一个位置，risk=W总-Wn-Sn,使得risk最小的是最大的(Wi+Si)。
以此类推得到其他位置的值的选定。
