觉得不公平：为啥合肥只剩0.2slots的时候还能把名额分给西电，但武汉在hit抢完名额以后还有0.2个slots剩余的情况下不给排名很靠前的xmu？

还有为何不从比赛题目区分度入手？  比较与比赛中排前面的队伍的差距入手？
