二分答案加bellman判断联通性，水过。。。关于最小最大问题都是这么做的。。。

二分答案加bellman判断联通性，水过。。。关于最小最大问题都是这么做的。。。
（其实盘连通有很多算法，最短路，最小生成树，搜索，并查集。。。。）这题好水。。。
还有2485居然一摸一样（除了数据规模）。。。
