有一个疑问,管理员可否解释一下?

这道题目我TLE,显示我的Memory:3772K  Time:3015MS
            Language:C  Result:Time Limit Exceed
但是这道题目的TIME:15000MS?
为什么会TLE?
难道是系统自动检测到死循环就会在超过3000MS跳出?然后加上最小系统反应时间15MS?
(这道题应该没有CASE TIME LIMITED吧).
