知道结论都把人做疯了，精度整了好久，WA的同学请注意以下2组数据是否可以同时OK

注意共圆时有2种情况，一种是圆周角和为2PI，另一种是最大一个圆周角等于前面所有的和，2种情况都是可以二分求解的
