悲剧的一题啊。。

我用的最小费用流，先RE，发现数组开小了，然后狂开，MLE，减下来，TLE，想起来好像矩阵显然要挂，于是改了半天改成前向星，TLE
后来发现spfa中两个地方数字写小了，改上去RE，最后发现边的个数太多，边集数组太小............
话说写前向星的Qsort的时候还挂了好几次才改对...
