自己看了半天才看懂题，惭愧。为后人提供下翻译。
简单翻译如下：
    就是有n个湖，你有h个小时。每个湖刚开始有f[i]条鱼，每钓一次（5分钟）减少d[i]条鱼。湖与湖之间的距离（时间）为t[i].问你最多钓多少鱼。同时记录下钓鱼的方案。

注意全为0的情况：
    这个问题就是把时间全部压在第一个湖的问题。
