带宽只有限定最大值，没有限定最小值

带宽不可能比所有设备最大值当中最小的一个更大（最后选择要选各个设备当中最小的当做最后带宽），但是没有限定要取大于等于最小值当中最大的一个。如果取更小的呢？只要它们的价钱更便宜，那么性价比反而可以提高。
