这题有以下几点不明
1）按照题意，每次只能把速度加1或减1，数据能保证最后一定有解吗
2）如果肯定保证有解，这里面的Tc是干什么用的
3）Tc (the integer amount of time since the light last changed)，我理解的意思是某个路口的等在Tc时间后就不再变了
那么题目所给的数据是不可能有解的，因为从0时刻之后等都是红色
小弟愚笨 请高手解答
