WA的可能原因。

1.A过的题，可以再交，但都不计数，无论是Yes,还是no;
2.先按做题最多的排，如相等，再按提交时间最少的排，如相等，再按队号最小的排。
3.输入情况，时间不一定从早到晚的。如
下面的数据:
3 3
1 2 3100 1
1 2 3000 0
2 1 4200 1

答案还是:2 1 3

上面的数据，跟sample不一样的是，3100先输入，3000后输入，
