c（n，0）*t^n+c(n,1)*t^n-1……c(c,r)*t^n-r……c(n,n),t^0 （其中t=10^k）=
(10^k+1)^n

把(10^k+1)^n展开，就是用二项式定理，然后把无关的1忽略了。。。就是式子的左边
