问一下,前面已经得了分区赛冠军的队伍参加后面的赛区还参不参加ICPC学校排名? 还有占不占用金银铜名额?? （分以下3种情况，内详）

1。不能得金银铜奖
2。得奖且占用名额
3。得奖但不占用名额也就是若得奖则名额顺增
