为什么网络预赛的ranklist最后一小时要封榜?

刚看了下HDU的一些修改说明,感觉其他倒没什么,但是为什么连网络预赛最后一个小时也要封ranklist的啊
这个不是连最后自己什么结果都不知道吗?
貌似网络预赛从未如此过吧?
