我想问下ACM/ICPC国内的区域赛的评奖规则和出线规则在哪能看到比较详细的官方说明?

例如这次比赛为何金奖有11个,银奖23个,铜奖3x个?? 有何依据?? 前几名出线?? 出线规则到底是什么??
